Can I use your location as my business address?

Can I have my mail forwarded?
Yes. We can forward your mail and packages daily, weekly, monthly, or on-demand. There is a $6.00 handling fee plus retail shipping.

Do you offer live answering?
Yes. With the Virtual Office Package, professional receptionists will answer your calls live, using your company name, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. After hours, your calls will be answered by your company voicemail.

I don't need a phone number and answering service. Can I just get the mailing address?
Yes. Check out our regular Mailbox Rentals.

Do the regular mailbox rentals include local phone and fax numbers?
No. Only the Virtual Office Package includes phone and fax services.

Do you have conference rooms available for meetings?
No. Our location is set up as a mail center where staff receives mail and packages on your behalf.

I don't need the address for business. Can I rent a mailbox just for personal use?
Of course. And if you need a local phone number, our Virtual Office Package can also be tailored for personal, non-business related use.

Can I call to see if I have mail before making the trip to your location or deciding if I need mail forwarded?
Any time!

What about package receiving?
We sign for deliveries from all carriers and couriers, and keep them secured until you pick them up.

Will you let me know when my express deliveries and large packages arrive?
Our automated system will alert you via text and/or e-mail about any delivery our office staff signed for on your behalf. For regular U.S. mail deliveries, you are welcome to call and check.

Can you also forward my large packages?
Yes. Handling fees and retail shipping rates will apply.

Can I ship packages and mail letters through your office?
Yes. We are authorized to ship for FedEx, UPS, DHL, and the U.S. Postal Service. If you have your own shipping account with these carriers, you can drop-off your pre-printed label packages here too.

What other professional business services are available at your location?
Faxing, copies, paper shredding, office supplies, shipping and moving supplies, notary public and legal process service.

Is there a contract or agreement?
Yes. The agreement for the Virtual Office Package is for 3 months, and automatically renews for 3 month terms unless a written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the agreement. For regular Mailbox Rentals, terms are 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, and no written notice is required to end service.

What information do I need to provide to sign up?
By law, you must provide two forms of ID to complete the proper paperwork. Sorry, we can NOT accept Social Security Cards, credit cards, membership cards, and birth certificates as identification. Acceptable ID's include: Current Driver's License, Non-Driver's State ID, Armed Forces Card, Government Employee Card, University/Student ID, Recognized Corporate ID, Passport, Alien Registration Card, Certificate of Naturalization, Current Lease, Mortgage/Deed, Voter Registration Card, Home or Vehicle Insurance Policy, Vehicle Registration Card.
